Jean-Charles de Castelbajac has enjoyed a long career that ranges from design to painting, from advertising to street art.
The French artist and United Colors of Benetton share a passion for contaminating fashion with art. Throughout his career, the French designer developed both personal and professional relationships with such artists as Andy Warhol, Miguel Barcelo, Keith Haring, Jean-Michel Basquiat, M.I.A and Lady Gaga. His work has been exhibited at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, the Victoria & Albert Museum in London and the Palais Galliera in Paris. In 2018 he was guest artistic director at the Biennale de Paris.
