Returns
Did something go wrong with your order? No problem! Returns are easy.
Starting from the day your order is delivered, you have 14 days to complete the online return request that you can find at the bottom of this page.
Start by entering the email you used for the purchase and the order number, and then follow the next steps.
Once you've correctly completed the procedure, you will receive a summary email containing the list of items that you wish to return and the type of delivery.
Make sure to select all the items you wish to return: you will be able to return your order only via a single shipment.
Deliver the package within 14 days of requesting a return.
A kind reminder that, in the event of a faulty return procedure (e.g. missing proforma received via email and/or use of a courier different from the one indicated on the label received),
the package will be sent back to the sender and the return will not be authorized for a second time.
Be careful not to remove tags, any accessories or labels: we do not accept returns of products that do not have them.
Customized items may not be returned or exchanged, except in the case of rights related to product warranty.
You can request your return 24 hours after receiving the package.
The procedure is very simple: follow these simple steps.

Enter the e-mail address with which you placed the order and the order number in the form below.
Return label

Download and print the 4 copies of the return label: place the label with the barcodes on the package, covering the previous label completely. Then place all 3 labels in the clear pouch which can be found on the inside of the package and apply the pouch to the package, without covering the return label.
Make sure to place all the items you wish to return in the package: you will be able to return your order only via a single shipment.
Proforma

Download, print 3 copies of the proforma invoice and sign them. Place the 3 copies of the proforma into the pouch that will be placed on the package, the very same one that you used for the return label.

Deliver the package to the collection point nearest you
Send the package within 14 days of requesting a return and make sure to get proof of delivery.
Wait for confirmation email

As soon as your return package arrives at our warehouses, we will check the status of the returned items. You will receive an email informing you of the outcome of the check. After receiving the products, if they comply with the return conditions, the refund will take approximately 14 working days.
